Eli here being told YHWH will raise up a new priest, his demise proving an important lesson that continues to be pertinent today; how at times we too pay little to no attention when clergy falls short, and exactly what Eli did with his boys – the priests. An inescapable lesson of a head priest who preferred to act distracted so others would believe he didn’t hear or see – after all – my action can’t be a sin if others think I am not aware, or so we may think: YH says this, “shema (‘listen’) Israel” – and therefore a word to the wise.
Samuel was a listener, an obedient servant of YH’s, he was the antipathy of Eli and ultimately what gave him the honor of being the priest who would anoint King David – the lineage of our Hebrew Messiah. HalleluYH!!!!
Our calling? To be true priests in YHWH (the Name, Word and Works, of the Elohim of Abraham, ..) as Samuel proved to be: Always in YH’shua (YH is salvation)…. HalleluYH and HalleluYH!!!!!

Does our Messiah teach his death cleanses our sin, that somehow his physical shedding of blood yields forgiveness for all sinners? or is this message a watered down version of his truth, even more, would he teach such a message?
The Hebrew truth?
This sort of thing is tantamount to suicide, a crime to YHWH – who teaches, “you shall not murder” (this includes the staging of our own murder – murder is murder). It is in this profound truth that we can begin to discard man-made doctrine for YH’shua’s true purpose, that which brings us back to basics, that of our walks – that of our hearts, that of his heart – his walk; a lesson that helps us define what obedience to the Father looks like, that we, the disobedient Adam (Eve) find salvation:
How simple yet profound right? A doctrine that prepares us to emulate he who one day will return, that he may recognize we are his true and faithful servants.
The question then? Am I walking in Messiah’s life example? If your answer is, “I am not sure”, then welcome to an original message. Come, the Hebrew Messiah waits.
