Used as an emphatic statement, that of YH’s wisdom in action, what ‘spirit’ (ruwach: expression, etc..) is – in YH’s heavenly messengers, ambassadors, etc..); appointed men, women, and prophets, leading to ‘YH’shua’ (YH Saves), and followers.
