Revelation 22:13
King James Version (KJV)
“13 I am (YH is) Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.” With that said, let’s now take a look at this translation in Hebrew /Aramaic form.
“13 [Yh is] Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.”
Likely a problem for many of us that have understood this passage to mean YHshua is the alpha and omega. Bear with me please, while I explain.
The “I am” above is a mistranslation of what should be the transliteration “YH is”, were YH is the shortened form of the tetragrammaton (YH)WH, the name by which Elohim’s manifested works are carried forth; His Will (Word and Works). YHWH also stands for (“I” am what I will be or “I” am that which I do, etc.), and were another mistranslation gets the term “I AM”, that one referring directly to YHWH, another error in translation that is never found in the Hebrew or Aramaic text.
In time this “I am” became One person, as in Jesus Christ, this to fit Catholic and later mainstream Christianity doctrine, which speaks of a non biblical trinity, three person that are really One; the same person in the Tanahk (OT) would now be the same person in the Britchadasha (NT), a false portrayal of a son that speaks of himself as the Father, opening the door to a man made narrative which provides false Biblical proof that the son is the Creator incarnate.
In John’s original Aramaic text “I am” is “YH is”, a message that properly segue’s into a host of hosts relationship versus any One person as the Creator incarnate in man, instead a Father’s Word (the host) that is being hosted be a chosen son. A Word that has existed since the beginning and to eternity (alpha and omega).
In his original language, YHshua proves to manifest the Father’s Word as the prophets did, with one major difference, he was part Elohim and part human; the final message of salvation to mankind, a Pastor that would prove to lead his flock by example. That of perfect obedience to YHWH Elohim as a man, that of an act of sacrifice for his appointed flock. It is this Pastor that we are called to emulate that we too may find salvation in YH’s wisdom. The prophets leading to YHshua actied to prove the Father’s grace is within our grasp, how any man or woman can benefit from it’s salvation. Even more so, an example of how any man or woman can achieve salvation through obedience, as their pastor proved he as a man and not a G-d did. That no man could say the bar was set too high to achieve that salvation.
In Hebrew or Aramaic (YH)(shua) means (YH’s, or the Word’s, or the Father’s) (salvation). A first born son of Elohim to mankind, he who gives his life against self preservation (the flesh) that we may learn how to define ours in same, that we may know we too can be like him – the obedient child of the Almighty YHWH, in this see salvation. Selah.
Paraphrasing YHshua, “May Your (YHWH Elohim’s) Will (Word and Works) be done on earth (in us) as it is in heaven”.
Amein, Amein :)
