“9 If we ‘confess’ (yadah: bemoan, cast out, etc..) our sins, ‘He’ (‘Iysh: the Steward (YHWH), the Husbandman, etc..) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
A scripture that when not taken into Hebrew context portrays a white-bearded heavenly Father that waits on prayer for forgiveness of sin?
The truth? forgiveness can only be found in creating a relationship with the Word and Works of the Elohim of Abraham – a cleansing of sin: Repentance.
Paraphrasing YH’shua, “‘Your’ (Abraham’s Elohim) ‘kingdom’ (RULE) come, ‘Your’ (Abraham’s Elohim) ‘Will’ (Word and Works) be done on earth (IN US) as it is in heaven”…. And again, something that can only happen if we seek YHWH’s truth in study and application; an evolution that ends in fruit – that leads to eternal salvation. Amein? Amein!!!!!
