“Used as an emphatic statement,” that of the steward’s wisdom in action, and again, ‘spirit’ (ha-ruwach: ‘Elohiym’s expression of mind, etc..) as seen in the heavenly messengers, ambassadors, appointed men, women, and prophets – leading to ‘YH’shua’ (YH Saves); ultimately as seen in the faithful in YHWH.
