loving hands brother sisters  2 Thessalonians 1:3

King James Version (KJV)

We are bound to thank God (Elohim) always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;” That Paul saw a true brotherhood beginning to form, that the love of Messiah YHshua may rule within us and for us. Question, do we truly love our brothers and sisters in faith? Paraphrasing YHshua, “May Your (Elohim’s) Will (Word and Works) be done on earth (in us) as it is in heaven.” Amein.

YHWH the only way  1 Corinthians 16:13

King James Version (KJV)
“Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” Remembering that faith is attached at the hip with works, then what of that which defines same. Paraphrasing YHshua (the Word’s salvation), “May Your (Elohim’s) Will (Word and Works) be done on earth (in us) as it is in heaven.”
What did our Messiah (the Word) mean by saying, “follow me and do as I do?” (paraphrasing)….. His mission (acts) is a continuing teaching (Torah). A message which embodies the same Word of Elohim (the Father and the son are one – Echad), as the prophets before him, that of obedience to Elohim’s Word and in that salvation; that if we stand strong on the Word, that which defines our faith, it will separate us from the acts of the self-righteous man, and in this save us and others from our imperfect natures. HalleluYH :)

King James Version (KJV)
“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.” And so YHshua proved  to have the authority to give a commandment, should we ask if we abide by it? May Elohim’s Will (Word and Works) be done on earth, as it is in heaven, Amein.

Messiah baptismaltotal-surrender  2 Corinthians 5:17

King James Version (KJV)
“Therefore if any man be in Christ (Messiah), he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Paul telling us that if we prove to follow YH’s obedient son’s walk, we then would prove to manifest a new creature, Adam proving the old creature, YHshua the new. In YHshua’s own words,

(John 14:12) New International Version (NIV): 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

HalleluYH.

A Hebrew YHshua  Psalms 150:6

King James Version (KJV)
“Let everything that hath breath praise Jehovah (YHWH). Praise ye Jehovah (YHWH).” I often wonder if we truly know what it is to praise YHWH, for that matter, if we are truly looking to praise YHWH or ourselves. The equation is simple, YHWH is that eternal source of Wisdom and Grace which speaks and intercedes to and for His children, the obedient. Have we ever questioned if we are pleasing our Father? Will acts of song and dance or chants and customs, or words, praise our Abba? YHshua proved the perfect example of what praising our Father means, he who fulfilled the Father’s Word (the prophets) to the bitter end, the result? eternal life in obedience to that Father’s (YHWH’s) Word. It is in his example to us that we find what it means to praise YHWH, anything short of that is plain vanity, a narrow and difficult path we must all traverse, one long on obedience and short on song, dance or words, the truth? that to hear and live by the Father – is to praise YHWH. Parapharasing YHshua, “May Your (YHWH Eloim’s) Will (Word and Works) be done on earth (IN US) as it is in heaven.” In YHshua, Amein.

altar of bread  Hebrews 13:8

King James Version (KJV)
“Jesus Christ (YHshua HaMashiac) the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” For those that wonder what is the significance of learning the original names in scripture, here is a good example. The name used in the above quote is Jesus Christ, a name that we have come to understand in context to it’s use,  ie:  Hey Jesus, care to go play some ball? Or my Spanish friend’s name is Jesus, and yes, even – Jesus is my savior. Have you ever wondered what his true name is? Let’s first take a look at the Father’s name and then the son’s. While on mount Sinai, Moses was called to tell everyone the Creator’s name, YHWH, why? so we would know how to identify the very essence or manifested nature of our Creator, sort of like knowing our earthly dad’s name – something that conjurs images of who and what our father is, in the case of YHWH? that which we see manifested outwardly, through the prophets and finally through His begotten son YHshua. Do you see any familiarity between these two Hebrew names? Here is a hint, the short version of (YH)WH is (YH), a name that can mean I AM, or, I was, Am and Will Be, etc…. Now, take a look at His begotten’s Son’s name, (YH)shua, see the similarity? Did YHshua not call himself the IM? The fact is YHshua a name his family, friends and eventually his followers used. For those that have seen or heard Messiah’s Hebrew name but never looked into it, I would imagine that you must have wondered what that name means. Well here it is: (YH)SHUA (YH) – means the Father’s shortened name and (SHUA) means salvation…. that’s right, YH’s salvation or the Father’s Salvation. Now let’s compare that to the Greek and Latin names of iesous or iesus (Jesus), now ask yourself this – does this name have any literal meaning beyond that which we attach to it? Well, all names have some meaning right? right they do, but shouldn’t the question really be, does any other name prove to offer the Creator of the Universe’s name within it? Messiah (YH)shua’s name does, a story that begins in Genesis and ends in Revelations, that of a loving hand of salvation to a stiff-necked man, this is also the case of many of the true prophets – and again, the ongoing loving hand /Word of the Father reaching out to us. This is what we know, Hebrew names are quite different to other names in that they even offer parts of a full sentence, look up Biblical Hebrew name definitions sometime, and you will see. But here is the down side to many of our translations, when translated to modern languages the newly assigned names take away from a set-apart message from the Father when not used where they were original coined to be used – imagine having someone omitting parts of your life’s work, simply because they felt good about it, call it your own biography, well? Does that not sound like an act of vanity? That is exactly what has happened with the Hebrew names in Elohim’s Word, they have been omitted from scripture in vain, in many cases replaced with titles that once investigated also prove to be of pagan origin – imagine that! adding or taking from our Creators Word, even defacing the Name of the almighty with pagan imprints; and as some would argue, for more user-friendly names? Unfortunately so, unbeknownst to us, and in some cases known to us, we are taking His name in vain. To end my thought here, my prayer is that we stop and think that our loving Father has warned us that to change His name is to render it worthless (vain in Hebrew), that in rendering a Hebrew Biblical name worthless we are also rendering parts of His Word to us worthless. I pray we all get it, what YHWH says He says for our own good. He does not change, we do. Paraphrasing YHshua, “May Your (Elohim’s) Will (Word) be done on earth (in us) as it is in heaven” in YHshua, Amein.
