Fishers of men Matthew 4:19

King James Version (KJV)

19 And “he” (“YH”, the Word and Works of Elohim, “is salvation”) saith unto them, “Follow” (asah: sustain, help, obtain, etc..)  “me” ([ha] iysh: [the] husbandman, [the] steward, etc..), and “I” (YH’shua or YH is salvation”) will make you fishers of men.”

Should we never forget that to follow Messiah is to never cease trying to do as he! (See John 10:27; 14:6; 21:19, where believing is doing, and 14:12)…. “that you may do even greater things”, paraphrasing YH’shua.

Strong’s Hebrew Lexicon:

Follow: 8551 tamak taw-mak’ a primitive root; to sustain; by implication, to obtain, keep fast; figuratively, to help, follow close:–(take, up-)hold (up), maintain, retain, stay (up).
