In this video, Dr. Tabor shines a light, if you would, on a prophecy by Prophet Haggai some 300 years prior to what would eventually be called Hanukkah, in 195 BCE. He connects dots never before seen that show a repeating prophecy: Nice work Dr. Tabor.

Though not the topic of the video, here is an observation that occurred to me. Question, “is it possible that later pagan customs that were observed around the 25th of December, Christmas day, got moved from the 25th of Kislev (~Dec 18th) to the 25th of December? This we-know for sure, Christmas day is not found in the Bible but the Christmas tree is; a warning by Jeremiah (see: Jeremiah 1-: 3-4).

Here is another side-note and a cool fact, according to scripture, Messiah was in Jerusalem during the feast of dedication (Hanukkah); a huge effort considering his ministry is mostly near the sea of Galilee, a few days walk (~135 miles).
